Yes, you can. You only need to provide your creative ideas, reference images or simple sketches. Our designers will refine them and generate production-ready vector graphics/3D renderings, and we will start the production process only after your confirmation.
The regular customization cycle for 3D pins is 7-12 working days, including design confirmation (2-3 days), production (4-7 days), quality inspection and logistics arrangement (1-2 days); for rush orders, the cycle can be shortened to 5-7 working days upon communication.
Available materials for 3D pins include zinc alloy (high durability), brass (fine texture), resin (lightweight and supportive of translucent effects); crafts cover electroplating (gold/silver/antique copper, etc.), enamel coloring, epoxy coating, hollow carving—all customizable based on design needs.
Within 7 days of receiving the 3D pins, if there are non-human-caused quality issues (such as paint peeling, loose accessories, etc.), you can contact customer service to apply for free return, exchange or replacement—we will follow up on after-sales issues until they are resolved.
The default shipping method is international courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS, delivery time 3-7 days), and sea freight or air freight is also available based on your needs; after the goods are shipped, we will synchronize the logistics tracking number in real time for you to check the shipping status at any time.
